Continuing Bonds

Where do you feel the presence of your dear one? Is it when you walk in nature, when you hear a song, when you visit the cemetery, when you look at their photograph or when you feel something touching your hair? Notice when and where this feeling arises. Though the sense of them can be painful, in truth it is a gift that keeps you connected. This sense of connection is comforting and healing and is called continuing bonds. But if you are not feeling their presence at this time, be still . . . be quiet . . . be patient . . . and  open your heart and mind to receiving and your loved one will come to you in many ways.
